The WAX NFT & Token Bridge is a cross-chain platform that enables users to transfer NFTs and tokens between the WAX Blockchain and other networks like Ethereum and Polygon, unlocking seamless asset interoperability. It’s a hub for Web3 enthusiasts to move their digital goods across ecosystems effortlessly.
My Role:
As a front-end developer, I rebuilt the bridge’s interface from the ground up, integrating backend APIs, smart contracts, and wallet systems while enhancing the overall user experience and performance.
Purpose/Problem Solved:
My work addressed the challenge of clunky cross-chain navigation, making asset transfers accessible and intuitive for users by delivering a fast, visually appealing front end—bridging the gap between complex blockchain tech and everyday usability.
Key Features:
Standouts include a revamped wallet connection flow (supporting MetaMask and WalletConnect), real-time transfer status updates powered by Web3.js, and an optimized, responsive design that simplifies the bridging process across desktop and mobile.
